What you'll be doing

As Director, Product – Workflow Orchestration & Platform Engineering, you will be a key leader within the Personal and Business Banking team, reporting to the Vice President, Strategy, Modernization and Optimization.

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Simplii’s workflow orchestration platform, enabling both internal operational workflows and external client‑facing journeys to be composed, integrated, and delivered quickly, safely, and consistently.
• Translate consumer needs, architecture standards, security/IAM requirements, and business priorities into a clear product roadmap and prioritized backlog for a cross‑functional squad.
• Build and evolve reusable workflow and orchestration building blocks, ensuring cross‑cutting platform controls, and drive architectural evolution, including AI agent workflow enablement.
