About the Role

CoverMyMeds is seeking a Director, Product Management – Specialty EHR to lead a team of product managers responsible for EHR connectivity and delivery of integrated specialty capabilities that sit at the core of provider workflows. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Specialty Provider Strategy and is a key member of the Specialty Product Suite leadership team.

This is a senior people‑leader role with accountability for setting clear product direction, developing strong product talent, and driving disciplined execution across a complex EHR‑focused portfolio. The Director will balance strategy with hands‑on leadership—partnering closely with engineering, operations, commercial, and customer‑facing teams to deliver scalable, reliable integrations that create measurable value for providers, biopharma partners, and the business.
