As a Director Portugal Operation you will be responsible for overseeing the Portuguese operation and ensuring a smooth and safe environment. Reporting directly to the Vice President of River Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring strict adherence to our company's standards of excellence, safety protocols, and operational objectives while maintaining budgetary considerations.

Requirements

• Ideally, possess a background in a Corporate Position of any River Cruise Company demonstrating a deep understanding of office and navigational principles and maritime regulations.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in the river cruise industry in a comparable managerial position, with a proven track record of success in management leadership.
• Strong administrative background & knowledge of MS Office.
• Organized, flexible, positive, open-minded, excellent team player, able to work under pressure.
