THE POSITION

As a Director, Portfolio Management at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing the performance and lifecycle of our offerings. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing portfolio performance, conducting detailed analysis of segment attractiveness and Honeywell's position by region. 

You will also be responsible for operating margin and delivery at the material and customer levels. Additionally, as a people leader, you will manage a team and be responsible for developing and supporting your team members, helping them perform at their best and driving change across the company. You will also play a key role in making portfolio choices with strategies such as Core, Maintain, Harvest, and Exit. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a portfolio blueprint with process improvements and new business models.
