**Job Description**

**Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to serve as Director of the Adult Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).**

This leadership role provides clinical, operational, and strategic oversight of a high-acuity outpatient continuum serving adults with acute psychiatric needs.

The Director will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee program operations, provide clinical care, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting seamless transitions between inpatient, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. This position includes a faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

**Qualifications**

+ Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
+ Completion of an APA-accredited internship
+ Licensed or license-eligible in New York State
