**Director Performance Improvement AP - Facilitate Change & Drive Improvements**:

We are establishing a dedicated process improvement team to help solve operational challenges across the organization and help **drive operational excellence**. This team will facilitate workshops, conduct root cause analyses, and implement Lean methods and digital solutions to optimize administrative and operational processes. The goal is to develop and implement effective solutions and **ensure SOP, standard work the line organization can take over.**
