Role Summary

The role holder will oversee the technical operations of the organisation. The role holder will be required to lead the entire technical team and external stakeholders for the development and promotion of the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

• Review technical proposals from investors and give recommendation to the CEO

• Develop and Manage project and plan for the development of preparatory works for promotion and development of the Petroleum and Petrochemical Hub

• Develop and Manage the installation of Utilities for companies within the Enclave

• Assist companies to acquire all relevant licenses and permits from relevant regulatory bodies

• To monitor and evaluate operations in the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Hub to ensure value retention for the country

• Work with HR to develop human capital to ensure an industry ready workforce
