We are seeking to appoint a Director of Te Hikoi to begin in Term 3, 2026 to lead our integrated Activity Centre (AC) and Alternative Education (AE) consortium based at Te Hikoi in Otara, South Auckland.

The consortium offers 151 AE places and the AC offers 20 places. The Director will run an education hub for students from a wide geographical area of South West Auckland for whom mainstream schools are not the best option. Te Hikoi has a staff of 3 teachers, 3 youth workers and two administrators.

The Director will be responsible for the following:

• Curriculum leadership
• Pastoral leadership
