Summary You will serve as the Director of Strategic Resourcing and report to the Director of Research and Development Support Activity (RDSA). Your primary mission is to provide expert advice, coordination, and advocacy for critical RDSA programs across the Department of the Navy (DON) and Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities You will advise the Director, RDSA and the full RDSA leadership team on resource-focused strategic planning and engagement, including programming, budgeting and execution of resources. You will lead strategic planning for the Activity to identify and validate resource requirements, forecast out-year financial risks, and develop cost estimates for major activities.
