NOW HIRING: We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our team in our Circular Products (CP) Business Unit. The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the commercial sales strategy, sales execution, and customer growth initiatives, and key account management. This role provides leadership and clarity to the sales process execution, pricing discipline, customer relationship strategy, new business development and market expansion serving global OEM customers.

The Director of Sales partners closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and commercially viable opportunities are pursued that are aligned with the company’s capabilities, capacity, profitability targets, and long-term growth strategy.
