The ideal candidate will have an unencumbered Ohio license at least a year of management experience within the Skilled Nursing demographic, a firm understanding of state and federal guidelines, flexibility to serve shifts at varied times a day, and a willingness to foster an atmosphere of innovation and inclusivity.
