GOSECO International Executive Search® has been exclusively retained by a confidential, rapidly growing multinational organization to identify a Director of Recruitment to lead Talent Acquisition strategy and recruitment operations across North America. This is a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruitment executive role reporting to executive leadership in the United States. The position focuses on building scalable recruitment organizations that drive business growth, improve hiring performance, leverage technology and AI, and influence organizational strategy.
