What You’ll Do
As Director of Operations, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple accounts and operational teams. You will be responsible for ensuring all sites meet contractual obligations, financial targets, and service standards while building strong, long-term client partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple client sites or contractsEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality building automation controls systemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makersMonitor operational performance and ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and contract requirements are metOversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlReview monthly and weekly financial and operational reports to drive accountability and improvementsSupport Area Managers, A...
