Position Summary

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the leadership team, the Director of Operations and Growth, works in partnership with management to design and implement systems and procedures to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will translate strategic goals into everyday workflows, establish and monitor performance metrics, facilitate intra-agency communications, and foster a positive work environment. In collaboration with the CEO, you will develop strategic initiatives that support the mission and the growth and sustainability of the organization.
