JOB SUMMARY:

• The Director of Operations supports the Chief Operations Officer in overseeing day-to-day operations across Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains locations.


• This position helps ensure Clubs operate safely, consistently, and effectively while supporting Unit Directors, program quality, staffing, membership operations, compliance, and communication.
• This position also supervises the BGCNP Diversion & Teen Court Director and provides oversight of the Diversion and Teen Court program to ensure strong program delivery, accountability, and alignment with organizational expectations.
