Position Overview
Lead operational excellence as the Director of Operations at Baycrest Academy for Research and Education. Oversee research programs, financial management, facilities, and compliance in a full-time, permanent role.
As a senior operational leader, you will manage day-to-day operations to ensure effective delivery of research and education initiatives. The Director will collaborate with executive leadership to strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management. You’ll contribute to a high-performing environment, ensuring the Academy meets its operational and strategic goals.
