Job Summary: The Director of Nursing (NICU) provides leadership and strategic support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing all nursing and designated patient care functions within the hospital. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices across multiple units while ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care.
