Overview The Director of Maintenance & Building Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for all property maintenance and building operations across Pacifica Housing's portfolio. This includes preventative and corrective maintenance, team leadership, procurement, capital project support, and interdepartmental collaboration to maintain high standards of property service.
