Overview:
Kings Island is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance & Construction to lead all aspects of park-wide maintenance operations, including rides, facilities, utilities, and capital construction projects . This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all physical assets across the park.
This position plays a critical role in delivering a world-class guest experience by driving operational excellence, leading large teams, managing significant capital investments, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
