The Director of International Programs at Stevens Institute of Technology (Stevens) is a visionary leader responsible for the strategic development and expansion of Stevens’ education abroad and exchange programs. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in international education and student success. The Director will lead efforts to increase enrollment, enhance program offerings, foster external relationships, and administrative support. The Director formulates policies and strategies for the Office of International Programs (OIP).
Lead the OIP team of one half-time assistant director and several student assistants, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the unit.
