Job Overview:
- Lead the facility's Infection Prevention and Control (IP/IPC) program to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain continuous regulatory readiness, including compliance with CMS, state and local reporting, and CDC/NHSN standards.
- Oversee surveillance, data collection, analysis, and reporting of infection prevention metrics.
- Promote patient safety through evidence-based IPC practices, policies, and staff education.
