Position Overview
What you’ll do
:
Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of finance systems across M&A, SEC reporting, treasury, and financial operations
Own key platforms (DealCloud, Workiva, TMS, Pigment), including implementations, integrations, optimization, and ongoing administration
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve decision-making
Drive system scalability, automation, and compliance, ensuring audit readiness and strong internal controls across a multi-entity structure
