Director of Finance – The Impact Coin

The Impact Coin is seeking a Director of Finance to build and lead the company’s financial strategy and operating discipline during a period of growth. This role will work closely with company leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making. We are looking for a candidate who combines strong financial rigor with a startup mindset—comfortable building from scratch, working cross‑functionally, and enabling leadership to make better, faster decisions.
