We are looking for a service-oriented finance leader to guide the financial and administrative functions of a mission-driven private school in Richmond, Virginia. This highly visible position partners closely with school leadership to maintain strong fiscal stewardship, support day-to-day operations, and provide a high-quality experience for families, employees, and external partners. Responsibilities:

• Direct the school’s financial activities, including budget administration and the preparation of routine and ad hoc financial analyses.

• Lead core accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and month-end close to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
