Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a small finance team responsible for payroll and accounting functions, while maintaining a hands‑on approach.
• Manage month‑end close processes, including preparation of financial statements, reporting and performance analytics.
• Complete various government reporting requirements related to funding and compliance.
• Develop forecasting models and “what‑if” scenario analyses to support strategic financial planning and decision‑making.
• Lead year‑end audit preparation and coordination.
• Support organizational growth strategy through market analysis, competitor research and evaluation of service expansion opportunities. <...
