Position Overview
Job Description - Oversee daily Finance department operations and establish departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Direct financial planning and budget management; monitor monthly operating results against budget
- Manage debt financing and debt service payments; prepare annual financial reports and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
- Direct financial audits, provide procedural improvement recommendations, and serve as primary legislative liaison on financial matters
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage
