Job Title: Finance Director

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Director with strong cost-based accounting experience to focus on internal costs, improve financial processes, and drive profitability. This individual will oversee cost accounting functions, lead financial strategy, and partner across departments to provide accurate analysis that supports informed decision-making and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costs, manufacturing costs, and variances
Oversee month-end reporting, P&L statements, and financial statement reviews
