We’re working with a rapidly growing London fit out and refurbishment contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Estimating to lead and develop their pre-construction function.

With an increasing pipeline of complex, high-value projects across commercial offices, laboratories, retail and medical sectors, this is a key leadership hire for the business.

You’ll work directly alongside the Pre-Construction Director, overseeing an existing estimating team while helping shape strategy, processes and future growth.

The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of Estimators
• Take ownership of the estimating function across Fit Out & Refurb projects
• Work on projects ranging from £500k – £12m
