Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead all phases of real estate development projects including acquisition, due diligence, planning, entitlement, design, financing, construction, and close‑out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and development timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants including architects, engineers, contractors, legal counsel, and municipal authorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the development process.

Financial & Strategic Oversight
