**Description**

**SUMMARY OVERVIEW**

The Director of Consolidation and Financial Reporting – oversees consolidation and external reporting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP. This role manages month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes. Additionally, the Director of Consolidation and Financial Reporting helps to maintain internal controls, drive process improvements, and handles special projects as needed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting including manual consolidation of the financial statements for a global company
+ Oversee implementation of OneStream and provide inputs into the design and implementation of OneStream for the consolidation and reporting
+ Lead, prepare and maintain all internal and external reporting packages, including bank and PE reporting, as well as bank compliance reporting
