Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related fieldStrong experience in cost management / quantity surveyingProven track record on large-scale real estate or mixed-use developmentsSolid understanding of construction contracts and financial dynamics (including inflation and currency aspects)Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market (regulations, practices, stakeholders)Fluent in English
