• Director of Building Envelope Location: Warren, NJ SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated Director of  Building Envelope Project Engineer  with a strong interest in investigation, repair, and rehabilitation of existing buildings.


• The position focuses on roofing, façade, structural, and balcony/deck rehabilitation projects , primarily within the multifamily sector.
• The engineer will provide technical evaluations, structural & envelope assessments, design support, and construction-phase engineering oversight .
• Depending on experience, candidates may assist in investigation, design development, structural/envelope detailing, report writing, and construction administration.
• Estimated salary range for this position is $135,000 to $180,000.
