Position Overview


The Director of Brand Experience is responsible for shaping how the Shaw Contract brand comes to life across every customer touchpoint ensuring a consistent, differentiated, and meaningful experience that strengthens customer relationships and drives business growth.



This role blends strategy, cross-functional leadership, and execution - connecting Brand, Creative, Digital, Customer Experience, Communications, Sales, and Segment teams to deliver a cohesive, customer-centric brand experience across physical and digital environments. This role is based in Cartersville, GA and works in a hybrid way with 3-5 days / week required in office .
