Overview

The Director of Agronomy leads all aspects of golf course maintenance and agronomic operations at Hidden Valley Country Club. This role is responsible for supervising and implementing sound agronomic programs in accordance with Troon Quality Standards while working within the facility’s fiscal parameters. The position calls for a visible leader who fosters accountability, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement, while helping elevate course conditions, modernize maintenance practices, develop associates, and execute short- and long-term golf course improvement initiatives.
