**General Summary**

Directs and coordinates the activities of Nursing Support Services and Throughput for WellSpan York Hospital. Provides leadership to house supervisors, central staffing office, nursing resource team, IV team, and entity throughput. Ensures effective usage of resources and timeliness of patient flow.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Directs, coordinates, and reacts to clinical, administrative, and technical functions and activities associated with Clinical Support Services and Throughput at WellSpan York Hospital.
+ Directs and oversees implementation of appropriate management teams and structures, processes, and systems in order to develop effective clinical support for the delivery of care, patient flow, and patient throughput objectives throughout the organization.
