Description

General Summary of Position Responsibility: Provides leadership, operational oversight, and direction for Medical Staff Services to ensure effective medical staff governance and compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements. Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes that support the Medical and Dental Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and associated policies. Serves as a representative on behalf of the Senior Director, Chief Medical Officer, and other Medical Staff leaders (e.g., Elected officers of the Medical and Dental Staff) in a number of forums both internally and externally.
