This position is responsible for proactively researching, developing, executing, analyzing, and adjusting comprehensive marketing strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, boost enrollment and recruitment, and position the district as a top-tier choice for families and staff across the north Texas region, state, and nation. This position demands a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach to trend analysis, campaign planning, and engagement strategy anticipating shifts in the competitive landscape and adjusting messaging and media strategy accordingly.
