Lead financial and valuation analyses using a range of methodologiesOversee development of detailed financial models to assess performance under various scenarios, capital structures, and M&A outcomesDrive origination and execution of transactions from pitch through to closingPrepare high-quality client presentations covering strategic alternatives, capital markets activity, and corporate finance topicsManage due diligence processes and support drafting of transaction documentationMaintain deep understanding of clients, targets, and relevant market dynamicsOversee market, industry, and company research and financial analysisCollaborate with deal teams across the Bank to deliver integrated client solutionsDrive day-to-day project management and executionEnsure completion of all required credit and regulatory assessments
