The Director, Technology Investment Governance & Platform Integration is a senior strategic leadership role accountable for defining, governing, and digitizing the enterprise-wide technology investment decisioning model across Scotiabank.

Operating at the intersection of technology, procurement, finance, and strategy, this role owns the governance engine that adjudicates $5 to $6 Billion in annual technology investment, enabling disciplined capital allocation, risk management, and value realization.

As a trusted advisor to the Group Head & CIO and senior executive forums, the Director will shape investment decisions, integrate fragmented governance processes, and deliver a scalable, data-driven platform to support real-time, insight-led decision-making.
