Position Overview
Business Segment: Connectivity Platform Key Responsibilities - Identifying and originating investment opportunities
- Structuring, assessing and negotiating transactions including leading and supervising all due‑diligence, financial modeling, deal analytics, financing and legal documentation
- Identifying, scoping, engaging, and coordinating with external advisors, including prudently managing due‑diligence budget through execution
- Making an investment case internally including presenting to, and seeking approvals of, committees and boards
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners, service providers, brokers, financiers and other asset stakeholders
- Planning and implementing asset management strategies in accordance with investment thesis, including operational, commercial and capital structure improvements and interventions
