Liberty Healthcare is accepting applications for an anticipated opening and full-time Director position.

This role will lead a new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a largescale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities.

Program elements will include


+ Partnering with state agency teams



+ Creating an ideal experience for individuals who report complaints and grievances



+ Reviewing, triaging, processing reported incidents on a timely basis



+ Ensuring a high degree of consistency and quality of reviews



+ Data analysis and reporting



+ Providing technical assistance to HCBS providers
