A regional hospital system comprising two acute care hospitals and three freestanding emergency departments in the Charleston, SC area is seeking a Director of Freestanding Emergency Department. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership role overseeing one of the system's freestanding emergency department locations.


The role. The Director of Freestanding Emergency Services is responsible for the overall operational excellence of the department, including service delivery, growth, personnel management, and resource allocation to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care. This leader provides direct oversight of ancillary departments including Imaging, Lab, Admitting, Security, Environmental Services, and Support Services.
