Summary As a Director for Workforce Relations and Performance Management (WRPM), you will supervise, plan, organize, implement and direct human resources (HR) activities associated with the OCC's employee relations, field consulting, performance culture (performance management, Work-Life programs, leave programs, and employee retention related to WRPM program areas), medical records, Drug Free Workplace, and Anti-Harassment program.
