Own the EA strategy, operating framework, and roadmap Mature EA function including design principles, governance, processes, repositories, and templates Develop and maintain enterprise-wide capability maps, domain maps, and reference architectures aligned to business goals Act as design partner, not just a gatekeeper – roll up your sleeves to support complex / major programs where architecture clarity is critical Operate design authorities; review and approve architectures for major initiatives Embed patterns and standards into delivery ways of working and coaching mechanisms Translate emerging tech experiments into a pragmatic POV to the organization, enabling enterprise-ready patterns, guardrails, and architectural recommendations Collaborate with IT leadership team to define technology strategy by influencing investment decisions and system modernization priorities Mentor architects, appl...
