We are seeking a senior, strategic leader to establish and operationalise a world-class Compliance and Risk Management function for a hyperscale data centre platform. This is a greenfield architect-and-builder role , responsible for designing, embedding, and scaling a robust second-line framework across enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, cyber and data protection, certifications, and project governance.

The role will define how compliance operates across the organisation, ensuring a defensible, audit-ready, and scalable operating model , while seamlessly integrating with business, operational, and group functions.
