Lead end-to-end delivery and operational governance for Travel Mid-Office and Finance applications, managing 50+ professionals across Development (.NET & Java), QA, and Application Support. Ensure predictable delivery, operational stability, cloud modernization (AWS), architectural governance, and business value realization.

**Portfolio & Delivery Ownership**

+ Own end-to-end delivery across Development and Support, Lead 50+ team members (.NET, Java, QA, Support)
+ Establish SDLC, release, and change governance,Drive DevOps-enabled delivery transformation
