About the Role
Sprinklr isseekinga strategic and highly collaborative Director of Deal Desk to lead the commercial deal governance function supporting our global enterprise sales organization. This leader will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Pricing, and Executive Leadership to structure and accelerate complex SaaS transactions while balancing growth, profitability, and operational rigor.
This role will own the evolution of Deal Desk processes, policies, systems, and team development at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgment, operational leadership, analytical rigor, and executive presence within a fast-paced public SaaS environment.
