About the Role

The Customer Data Engineering Director will implement data strategies that enable Gap Inc to better manage our customer data with a goal to provide a comprehensive view of the customer, improved business decision making through quicker insights and adherence to compliance and privacy needs. This role will report into the Sr. Director of Customer Data Engineering and will be a part of the team responsible for reharmonizing, standardizing, and streamlining enterprise customer data with ownership of the business data layer working in partnership with data governance, data product management and marketing data teams.

What You'll Do

Relevant technology professional experience in Technology, with a concentration in Customer Data Management & Marketing Technology integration

Strong experience in managing customer data for fashion retailers
