Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Serves as SME and advisor to Coherent’s businesses and sites in Southeast Asia on all physical security and resilience matters.
• Leads the development and execution of a scalable, risk‑aligned physical security program across manufacturing sites, offices, labs, and R&D environments.
• Facilitates site security risk assessment process to identify vulnerabilities, recommend preventive measures, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Develops regionwide and site security plans and ensures implementation of security and resilience management objectives.
• Oversees day‑to‑day delivery of security operations, services, and activities at all sites across the region.
• Ensures the application of risk‑ and threat‑based security mitigations and control measures aligned to facility changes and production process changes.
