Director, Contingent Worker Office (CWO)

Fitch Group’s Global Business Services team is currently seeking a Director, Contingent Worker Office based out of our New York or Chicago location. 

Reporting to the Head of Global Business Services, you will also work closely with the CHRO, CIO, CTO, CFO and multiple stakeholders to bring value to the firm. The Director of Contingent Worker Office (CWO) will drive strategic value in Workforce Management through effective management and oversight of the end-to-end lifecycle of non-employees globally. This includes, but not limited to, the Vendor Management System (Beeline) and Managed Service Providers if applicable, partnerships with senior business leaders and budget owners throughout Fitch, and optimization of our supplier pool.
